And medical! Turns out I’ve lost weight and officially have a healthy BMI, blood pressure, lung capacity and blood sugar. Yay for health!

Busy time. Life is changing a lot right now, sleep has been difficult and stress is showing. Hey ho. Eating has been ok but not great.. I’ll get back on it properly tomorrow and start uploaded pictures and recipes again.
